The problem
The existing plant was running at capacity, but the proposal mixed existing and proposed figures together. The appraising officer could not tell which turnover belonged to which asset.
What we did
- Separated existing operations and proposed investment cleanly in every table
- Established the activity mapping to a supported head as a dedicated section
- Built procurement, throughput and utilisation from the actual milk collection network
- Aligned the moratorium with the commissioning schedule rather than the standard template
Outcome
Sanctioned with interest subvention on the eligible portion. Processing capacity rose and the collection network was extended to 40 additional villages.
