Who we are and what we are not

FIN.SWITCH Advisory LLP is an advisory and documentation firm. We are not a bank, non-banking financial company, or lending institution. We do not lend money, accept deposits, issue guarantees, or disburse credit of any kind.

All lending, subsidy, guarantee and approval decisions rest solely with the concerned bank, financial institution, government department or sanctioning authority. We do not and cannot guarantee that any application will be sanctioned, that any subsidy will be released, or that any timeline will be met.

Scope of engagement

The specific services, deliverables, fees and timelines applicable to you are set out in the engagement communication or proposal agreed between us. Where anything in that document differs from these general terms, that document governs.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents
• Inform us promptly of any change in facts that affects an application in progress
• Retain your own copies of documents submitted
• Meet the conditions that a lender or authority imposes on you directly, such as training, verification or lock-in requirements

We prepare documents on the basis of what you provide. We do not audit or independently verify the accuracy of client-supplied information, and we are not responsible for consequences arising from information that turns out to be incorrect or incomplete.

Fees

Fees are agreed in writing before work begins and are payable as set out in that agreement. Fees are for professional services rendered and are not contingent on sanction unless a success-linked arrangement has been expressly agreed and documented.

Scheme parameters, eligibility conditions, ceilings, fees and timelines described on this website are indicative, are revised from time to time by circular or notification, and are provided for general information only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and should be verified against official guidelines before being acted upon.

Intellectual property

The content, layout, design and code of this website belong to us. Reports and documents we prepare for you may be used for the purposes of your application and your own records; they may not be resold or redistributed as templates.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the professional fees actually paid to us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity or business, or for the decisions of any lender or authority.

Confidentiality

Information you share with us is treated as confidential and used only for the purposes of your engagement, as described in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
